The Book of Repentance

At a time when society encourages people to flaunt their sins and take ‘pride’ in wrongdoing, it is more important than ever to revive awareness of tawbah - sincere repentance. From Allah’s immense mercy to His servants is that the doors of repentance remain open until one’s final breath. Our Creator, the Most Subtle, knows that human beings will inevitably make mistakes and commit sins.

This short book compiles sections of Shaykh Muḥammad Metwally ash-Shaʿrāwī’s lectures that explore the various facets of repentance, helping readers understand its reality and necessity. It also includes discussions centred on Allah’s infinite mercy, so that we never tire from seeking forgiveness.
