Sharh Mukhtasar al Karkhi

Sharḥ Mukhtaṣar al-Karkhī by Imām Abū al-Ḥusayn al-Qudūrī (d. 428 AH) is a monumental early work of Ḥanafī fiqh and one of the most important commentaries on Imām al-Karkhī’s foundational Mukhtaṣar. The work extensively explains the text, presents the various positions and narrations within the madhhab, discusses differences with other schools, and cites evidences while frequently weighing and preferring between opinions.
