Al Tahqiq al Bahir Sharh al Ashbaah wal Nazaair

Al-Taḥqīq al-Bāhir Sharḥ al-Ashbāh wa al-Naẓāʾir is the most extensive and comprehensive commentary on Imām Ibn Nujaym’s renowned Ḥanafī work, al-Ashbāh wa al-Naẓāʾir. Written by the eminent scholar Hibatullāh al-Tājī al-Ḥanafī (d. 1224 AH), it brings together and expands upon earlier commentaries and sources of Ḥanafī legal maxims, fiqh, fatāwā and uṣūl.
